At CEDAR RIDGE BUILDERS we break down our building process into four phases to help simplify the overall goal of every clients project.

•  Design & study , which you can find information on below,  allows us to work with the client from the very beginning to ensure that their goals of structure, design and finishes are met from the very beginning. 
• Budget & finance, will allow us to establish line item budgeting so that our clients are able to see the breakdown on the areas of expense, as well as shifting budgets around to better meet their needs in different aspects of the finished product.
•  construction, will be where all of the hard work will come to life and the ultimate goal will start to take place.  Throughout this process we feel that communication, knowledge, quality, creativity and time are our main goals to help achieve the perfection that every client will receive upon completion of the project.
• Post construction, contains the last few steps to CEDAR RIDGE BUILDERS turning our projects over to the client.  During this time your project will be thoroughly cleaned and detailed so that the delivery of the finished product is perfection.   All of the final funding transfers will take place, as well as the budget reports and job analysis, title transfers and lien waivers.  Our final step to this phase will be the warranty overview and contract, and turning occupancy over to the client.
